The Full Service project was located in the lively 9th arrondissement and had a classic Haussmanien layout. We transformed the space to create an open and modern layout, including an open kitchen and dining area, a master bedroom, a guest bedroom, and a home office based on the clients' lifestyle and needs. Major renovations were done, such as moving the kitchen to the communal space, turning the former kitchen into a spacious shower as part of the master bedroom ensuite, turning a bathroom into a walk-in closet, adding air conditioning, and providing plenty of storage space throughout the home. The new layout capitalized on the apartment's open plan, achieved a modern feel, and we brightened the space with white walls, light-tone wood flooring, and a light fabric color palette.
