159 sq m
decoration and turn-key project
I had the joy of transforming a 159-square-meter apartment in the exclusive St. Germain des Pres for an American family of four. This former 18th-century hôtel particulier features a majestic living room, a kitchen “dînatoire,” three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a powder room, and 3.85-meter-high ceilings.
Our challenge was to fully furnish the space within a minimal timeframe, from the owner's purchase to local access restrictions due to the Olympics. Within three weeks, we painted, made minor renovations, installed shades, and fully decorated the apartment, including all turnkey items. Thanks to our dedicated team, trusted vendors, and long-standing relationships, we completed this magical transformation on time.
Highlights include a stunning mirror and chandelier from Lila K Antiques, a first edition Wishbone chair, a 1950s Scandinavian table, and reupholstered Danish chairs. Artwork from Yvelines Antiques and unique pieces like Venetian snake-design tables and an 18th-century marble apple added character and humor. The final touch is a modern sofa from our private label, upholstered in Pierre Frey blue fabric. This exquisite mix of elements makes the room both timeless and livable.
